Our Commitment to the Principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015

WF Federated GP Network Ltd is committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and to the prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business and supply chains.

As an equal opportunities employer, we are committed to creating and maintaining a fair, inclusive, and respectful working environment for all employees, workers, and contractors. We want all members of our workforce to feel confident in raising concerns or reporting wrongdoing without fear of retaliation.

Our recruitment and people management processes are designed to ensure that all prospective employees are legally entitled to work in the UK and to safeguard workers from abuse, exploitation, coercion, or unfair treatment. We do not knowingly enter into business with any organisation, in the UK or overseas, that supports or is found to be involved in slavery, servitude, forced labour, or human trafficking

Our Supply Chain

Due to the nature of our organisation and services, we assess the risk of modern slavery within our business and supply chains to be low. Our supply chains are primarily limited to the procurement of clinical, administrative, professional, and support services, as well as office and operational goods from UK-based suppliers and reputable service providers. Where appropriate, we expect our suppliers and contractors to comply with all applicable employment laws and standards, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our Policies in Relation to the Modern Slavery Act 2015

The following policies support our commitment to ethical employment practices and the prevention of modern slavery:

  • Code of Conduct
  • Whistleblowing / Speak Up Policy
  • Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy
  • Bullying and Harassment Policy
  • Recruitment and Selection Policy
  • Safeguarding Policy

Embedding the Principles

We will continue to embed the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 by:

  • providing appropriate awareness and training to staff on modern slavery and human trafficking, including how to report concerns
  • ensuring staff involved in recruitment follow safe recruitment and right to work checks
  • ensuring procurement activities consider modern slavery risks when selecting suppliers and contractors
